Ordering Information

Payment Options

Northwoods Spirit currently offers three payment options:

On Site Processing - To order through PayPal, simply click the "Buy Now" buttons and your order will be processed through their secure site.

E-Mail Invoicing - We offer E-mail payment processing. This is the preferred payment method for custom orders, as well as orders that you wish to pick-up. Simply E-mail us your order and we will send you an invoice, via E-mail, with a secure payment link.

Mail Order - If you are more comfortable mailing a check or money order, please E-mail your ordering information and we will send you an email with the proper mailing address, along with an invoice.

* You are not required to have a PayPal account to pay via internet.

*Items to be paid for with check or money order are held until payment arrives and clears.

Shipping and Sales Tax Information

We attempt to ship your order via USPS Priority within one week of receipt. If your order will take more than one week to ship you will be notified, via E-mail, of your options.

If you are from the Kalkaska, MI area, you may E-mail your order and bypass the shipping charge by either picking up your order, or we might be able to deliver it to you. If you choose that option, you must E-mail the order as the shopping cart automatically calculates shipping charges.

Shipping Costs

We charge a flat rate of $5.00 S/H on all orders of less than $100.

S/H is free on orders of $100 or more.

If you would like your package to be shipped insured, please, let us know and we will contact you with the extra cost.

Sales Tax

6% sales tax will be added to all Michigan orders.

Backorders

Some items may occasionally be out of stock. This is a rare occurance and has not actually happened yet! In the event that we do have to backorder, you will be notified with options.

Custom Orders

For custom woodburning orders, please E-mail the photo you would like used or E-mail us and we will provide you with a mailing address to send your photo to.

Photos will be returned to you in good condition. However, we will not be held liable for photos damaged or lost in the mail.

Customization from photos is offered only for woodburned works.

Customization of stained glass colors are available at no extra charge. Please understand that your order may be slightly delayed depending on availability of the glass. We will E-mail you with an estimated shipment date.

To Order Custom Woodburnings

Please specify what text, if any, you would like burned onto the piece, along with the desired location for the text.

Please specify if you would like any part of your picture colored in with oil pencil.

Please specify what portion of the picture you would like used in your customized piece.

Do not use Shopping Cart to purchase custom work. All custom work will require an estimate before ordering. We will E-mail you the estimate, along with an invoice with a "Pay Now" button so you may still purchase your order online. You may expect your estimate within 24 hours of receipt of your order details.

Returns

All sales are to be considered final. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us and we will do what we can to resolve the situation for you. Depending on the circumstances regarding reason for dissatisfaction, we may opt to either replace the product or refund your purchase price.

Please keep in mind that each product is hand made and there will be natural variations in the material used, along with the work itself. No two pieces will ever be exactly alike!

We aim for complete customer satisfaction. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, for any reason, we want to hear about it. Let us know if something is wrong and we will do what we can to make it right!

Privacy

Any and all information gathered by us is used strictly for the processing of your order. We will never sell, lease or otherwise share your information with any third party. In the future, you may receive E-mail from us regarding site updates or product specials. You will always be given the opportunity to remove yourself from future mailings.
